Studio acrylic auxiliaries form a complete range of surface primers, mediums, gels and modeling pastes designed to support every stage of the creative process—from preparation and painting to finishing. Their fine quality, close to Studio Acrylics, ensures excellent compatibility with all Pebeo acrylic paints (MAT PUB, Artist Acrylics, decorative acrylics) as well as with other media such as oil, ink, watercolor and pastel. Each family is easily identified by a clear color code: red for primers, orange for gels and mortars, violet for mediums.

Artist acrylic auxiliaries, finer and more concentrated, deliver superior performance thanks to high-quality raw materials, refined grinding and rich formulations. The range includes extra-opaque primers (red label), texture mortars (orange label), and fluid mediums and gels (violet label) for collage, embedding and dilution. Highly versatile, they mix seamlessly with all acrylic grades and are compatible with a wide variety of mixed media techniques, offering precise control over visual effects.

Acrylic varnishes complete the system by providing durable, even protection once artworks are fully dry. Available in bottles (violet label) or sprays (blue label), they allow artists to adjust the final appearance—matte, satin or gloss—while preserving the work over time.
