Pastels

Hard, durable pastels for drawing, sketching, shading, texture work and spontaneous mark-making, suitable for beginners and experienced artists.

Pébéo pastels are essential tools for drawing and sketching. Their solid texture and compact shape allow for direct, spontaneous and expressive mark-making, ideal for capturing gesture, construction lines and rapid movement.

Highly resistant, these hard pastels are designed to withstand pressure and variations in intensity without breaking. Their dry, precise feel makes it easy to work with clean outlines as well as blending, hatching and layered textures, offering excellent control throughout the drawing process.

Thanks to their versatility, Pébéo pastels are suitable for both beginners and experienced artists. They allow precise control of values, volume and texture, making it possible to shape shadows, highlights and overall structure with confidence. Perfect for sketching, portrait work, landscapes or life drawing, they enrich all traditional drawing practices with reliability and expressive potential, developed with the expertise of Pébéo.
