QUALITY POLICY
For over 100 years, PEBEO’s mission has been to create and innovate in colors, to make artistic practices accessible to as many people as possible, and thus to encourage individual fulfillment and creativity. To guide this mission, PEBEO relies on strong values that were validated during working groups in Gémenos, China and the USA, namely: commitment, internationalization, know-how, innovation, sustainable development and quality. These values are historically part of PEBEO’s DNA and enable us to set objectives, position ourselves in our markets, stand out from the competition and make the right decisions on a daily basis.
To this end, as CEO of PEBEO, I am committed to :
Meet the requirements of relevant stakeholders as well as legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our products
Provide the resources needed to build a quality management system (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001 version 2015, with the aim of certification by early 2021.
Provide the resources needed to achieve the objectives associated with the four main strategic thrusts of the quality policy:
- o Quality : consolidate and develop our achievements through the continuous improvement approach and reduce the cost of non-quality.
- o Digital : with the aim of being more effective in our internal and external communications (distribution and consumers), implement and maintain appropriate digital tools.
- o International : develop emerging markets, particularly in Africa and Asia
- o Innovation : strengthen innovation by leveraging the digital platform
These strategic axes form the basis of our QMS and are broken down into measurable operational objectives. These objectives will be reviewed annually to ensure the effectiveness, relevance and ongoing alignment of our quality management system with our strategy.
Of course, ISO 9001 certification, the smooth running of our QMS and the achievement of our objectives can only be envisaged on the basis of the support and contribution of each and every one of the company’s employees.
The success of this continuous improvement approach is a prerequisite for the company’s long-term future, and I’m counting on your support to help me in this process.
